Description

We are seeking a collaborative and talented  Senior Financial Analyst to join Pall’s corporate finance team. This role will be dedicated to our R&D senior leaders and business partners and report to the Senior Director of Finance.  Pall’s corporate finance team provides financial and analytical support to our internal customers and business leaders to ensure our business goals are met.  
The role is perfect for a strategic thinker who will thrive on providing budgeting, forecasting, business planning, headcount reporting and financial analytics to your R&D leaders to ensure that financial decisions are well grounded. 
You are a great communicator who enjoys working with people of diverse talents across the globe and work with a sense of urgency. 

Additionally, this role helps to ensure financial results are input into Danaher (DHR) timely and accurately.
  • Manage and coordinate forecast process (data integrity, FX rates, communication, support and consolidation) including process improvement
  • Serve as finance business partner for Finance, HR and Legal functions, providing variance analyses, forecasting/budgeting, and business support
  • Prepare actual, forecast and budget reports for executive team
  • Responsible for developing models for forecast, budget and forward looking analytics
  • Provide guidance, functional advice and/or training as required to finance personnel
  • Responsible for submission of operating company results to Danaher Corporate ensuring results are accurate and timely
  • Provide support for the monthly close including journal entries, control sheets, intracompany reconciliations, commitments reporting and representation letter certifications
  • Assist in coordinating, conducting, and documenting highly complex and involved financial analyses projects.   
  • Potential involvement in M&A and acquisition due diligence

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and an MBA or equivalent.  5-7 years of experience
  • Advanced use of Excel and experience in Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred particularly in FI and CO functionality

  • R&D Finance experience

  • CPA
  • Capital spend experience (CAPEX)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to listen and ask questions to get to the root cause of a problem
  • Ability to work on a highly matrix environment at all levels
  • M&A experience 
  • Formal Presentation skills to senior leadership
