  • Job Summary:

    Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Communications, with dotted line to our Global Creative Brand Manager, the Senior Designer, Digital & Print plays a key role in driving our business by executing our commercial strategy in a variety of creative ways — always with an eye toward storytelling and brand consistency. High visibility projects include ideating campaigns, developing collateral, managing our corporate and commercial web sites, creating brand styleguides, and pushing our brand in new, creative directions with a talented in-house team.     Responsibilities:
    • Hands-on design and development responsibilities – showcase your talents in high visibility commercial projects!
    • Take ownership of the brand — lead the marketing team in delivering consistency across all design applications and product lines
    • Effectively manage outside contractors and vendors as needed
    • Work well alone or in cross-functional teams
    • Promote corporate style and branding throughout all communications and materials
    • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment; ability to adjust to shifting priorities and maintain positive outlook
    • Ability to appropriately translate visual, branded campaigns across print and digital channels & devices
    • Deliver award winning work regardless 

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Required Knowledge & Skills:
    • Strong communications skills – visual and written
    • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Communications, or Relevant discipline.
    • Superior hands-on design skills
    • 5-10 years experience designing, managing and integrating marketing content for the web, print + digital
    • Expertise in information architecture and user-centric design principles
    • (or Experience in UX/UI design + style guides a plus)
    • Understanding of CMS systems and web publishing standards/best practices
    • Strong knowledge of web production and visual asset creation for multiple channels and devices
    • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities and limitations
    • Video experience a plus
    • Packaging experience a plus
    • Skilled on Mac platform
    • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
    • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce.com products a plus
    • In-house corporate experience and/or agency experience a strong bonus
    • Experience working in healthcare/life sciences industry a plus
