Description

Position Overview 

Supports customers and field operation partners (Field Service Engineers) by using the integrated in-house software systems to manage the day to day service requests and installations. 

Interfaces with Field Service Management regarding: Service Coverage issues, geographic and work group issues and technical training concerns. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensures customer satisfaction in service response by assigning calls not auto-allocated and contacting customers on updates to arrival times of service; and maximizes utilization of Field Service Engineers in meeting customers’ needs as well as Company goals and objectives.
  • Receives general instructions on routine work, then independently provides support to a specific district. 
  • Required to support other districts as required and has excellent team working skill. 
  • Responsible for Urgent field part orders, entering and managing orders within a system.
  • Manages Field Service Time Off/administrative records (Sick time, vacation time).
  • Monitors work group workload and coordinates changes in work assignments
  • Updates administrative records for Field Service (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
  • May close out Field Service Orders when needed to assist Service Engineers
  • Adheres to work instructions, policies and procedures.
  • Manages both Site and Field Parts operation in Canada – works closely in partnership with our North American logistic departments. 
  • Independently manages specific Goals and assignments related to inventory. 
  • Works with field and Management staff and utilizes strong interpersonal skill. 
  • Bilingual English/French (speaking, reading and writing) 

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bilingual English / French
  • High School Degree / Equivalent 
  • 3+ years Inventory Management experience 
  • 2+ year Microsoft Suite Products experience 

Preferred: 

  • Technical Degree / College Degree 
  • 3+ years Coordination center experience 
  • 2+ years Oracle experience
