Description



  • Assist in the process of design, implementation, monitoring and reporting of clinical research/investigations with focus on External/Internal Studies. 

  • Compiling of business and product relevant scientific data incl. writing of reports

  • Contribute to timely delivery of clinical investigation data and reports

  • Timely delivery of clinical documentation needed in product development projects (for example, clinical evaluation plans and reports)

  • Collaboration with Clinical Research Team to drive successful execution of global investigations.

  • Assist in protocol feasibility analysis, country assessment, site identification, and patient recruitment and planning.

  • Collaborates with Clinical Research Team to drive patient recruitment.

  • Trains new team members in the clinical research processes

  • Independently performs monitoring visits, including site qualification, study site initiation, routine monitoring and study site closure visits.

  • Establishes and maintains regular contact with investigators, ethic committees, vendors and study sites to ensure legal compliance and assessment of accrual rates

  • Communicate project-specific information to/from trial sites and documents communication with investigations site/ team and escalates issues to team in a timely manner.

  • Ensure the reporting of high quality data and timely query resolution.

  • Maintain documentation for investigation sites as stipulated.

  • Presents at and participates in investigator meetings, other study trainings and meetings as required

  • Maintaining current professional knowledge base of clinical research methodologies and FDA/EMEA requirements

  • Support statistical evaluation of study results within the clinical research department.

  • Screening and identifying of business and product relevant scientific literature incl. the writing of reports

  • Assists in investigation start-up activities including site selection and review of regulatory documents and ensures site is qualified for the study.










































Job Requirements



Qualifications



  • Minimum 2 years experience in clinical research field (ideally dentistry)

  • In depth knowledge in clinical research/investigation in medicine or, preferrably, in dentistry

  • A medical related scientific degree (e.g. bachelor, master, nursing qualifications etc)

  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and ISO14155 and a strong interest in clinical research

  • Activities in Clinical Research and knowledge of global clinical processes, clinical investigation design, and product development processes.

  • Experience in reporting and publishing clinical investigations within a medical environment

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • English fluent written and spoken, any other language is an advantage
