The Senior Analyst Materials & Planning is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels at our North America East Region Instrument Manufacturing facility, so that company goals and customer requirements can be met. The position takes a leadership role to drive initiatives that will contribute to improve the quality of customer satisfaction and administration effectiveness throughout the factory.

Main roles and Responsibilities
•Provide effective support to customers in close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, and USA teams as well as Third Party Partners
•High focus on Inventory management with special attention to material availability, as well as inventory reduction efforts
•Oversee and review the master production plan and materials requirements
•Drives inventory accuracy through cycle count auditing, BOM updates, and proper material transactions
•Utilizes provided tools & Danaher Best Practices to drive root cause, and sustain all countermeasures/process improvements
•Provide input regarding the production impact of design changes, labor and/or material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions
•Provide accurate and timely information on stock availability to our internal customers (CSR’s, Service, Sales etc.)
•Ensure work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules
•Take a leadership role in identified major projects which will bring improved customer satisfaction and leveraged expense costs to the organization
•Ensure development & maintenance of KPIs to provide visibility and measure departments and individual performance.
•Frequently involved in cross functional groups to build teamwork, as well as review timelines/schedules to ensure all assignments are on track
•Perform other related duties and assignments as required


Job Requirements


•Business degree 5+years of relevant experience in a supply chain environment with a focus on planning
•Analytical and Leadership skills
•Very good communication skills, written and verbal
•Customer oriented
•Computer systems literate
•Strong organizational skills
