At Beckman Coulter, the Senior Analyst, Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is a pivotal position that leads all marketing campaign development and execution for new and existing products, services and solutions. Each IMC is responsible for a specific business unit and products—and must know the difference between a feature, a benefit and a value proposition.   • Own the MarCom stream of the Launch Excellence Process for Performance Partnership and Service
  • Transform Voice of Customer, product features and benefits into world-class campaigns by identifying the customer buyer’s journey and key target audiences
  • Work across product and regional marketing teams to maintain a marketing communication plan based on Beckman Coulter’s strategic priorities
  • Has a solid understanding of customer behavior with regards to channels (including digital) to design the tactics with the highest impact—and then measure that impact by partnering with our insights and analytics team
  • Manage the development and production of customer-facing materials as well as help product marketing design training to help sales teams impactfully deliver the customer-facing messages
  • Identify world-class marketing writing and graphic design as you evaluate the work of in-house and external agency writers and graphic designer

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in field (marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field) with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience
  • Experience working in an agency or in a matrixed global organization is preferred
  • Experience working in the scientific industry (healthcare, IVD, Medical Device, Life Science, or other scientific industry) and with the Danaher Business System is preferred
  • Some experience with digital marketing—especially SEO and SEM and social media is preferred
  • Ability to present across the organization with clarity (as part of the job interview, you will be asked to present to the interview panel)
  • Basic understanding of content management systems, marketing automation and Google Analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail
