Description
• Supports HR global team with data and analytics needs, including generating monthly metrics and reporting and responding to ad hoc reporting requests
• Provides strategic consulting to global HR leaders in various areas of the business and supports special projects with data needs as required
• Help transition to Power BI implementation and change management with reporting; develops and delivers training as needed for HR team as part of change management needs
• Supports and facilitates Kaizen events around key metrics including associate turnover
• Global Exit Interview Process Owner
• Workday Pro with emphasis on reporting, recommending changes to corporate team and helping HR team adopt Workday

Job Requirements



Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Data Science, Business or related field


• 5+ years of experience working in data and analytics in a global, corporate   environment


• Experience using analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or others; advanced skill level working with Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookups, etc.); knowledge of SQL is beneficial


• Experience with Workday, Taleo and SharePoint


• Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial


• Demonstrated ability translating data into business recommendations


• Experience with system or tool implementations


• Experience managing data privacy concerns within global environment


• Development and delivery of training to internal audiences


• Ability to travel and work flexible hours to support global partners in Asia Pacific and Europe


• Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills
