Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals mainly in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories within an assigned territory, through the effective selling and promoting of Nobel Biocare products, solutions and services to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a yearly business plan that achieves market, product, and profitability goals through well-defined opportunity matrices for projects, accounts and distributors. Depending on the assignments needs to demonstrate ability to negotiate with distributors and/or with final customers (Direct Sales).

  • Design and implement a value added strategy to sell the complete line of products.

  • Negotiate a use of products with the account.  Timely inclusion of distribution is necessary. Strategic Pricing will be coordinated and approved by the local manager and or Country Manager. 

  • Use Company resources to ensure complete account development.

  • Measure progress with the target accounts on a monthly basis, including project successes and priority product sales. Product features, benefits and applications and their value added position vs competition.

  • Report on activities, progress, market information, and new ideas on a weekly basis.

  • Participate in Industry related organizations and trade shows.

  • Track and report expenses and other relevant data as appropriate or as requested.

Job Requirements



  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales preferable in dental, pharma, medical devices or similar.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Demonstrated achievements in sales.

  • Ability to develop and nurture long standing relationships.
