Sales Specialist for Thailand Food & Beverage Market, based in Bangkok, Thailand

This position is an individual contributor who should be self-motivated and drive business since Pall’s presence in Thailand in terms of People and Infra is less. Enterprising, Ambitious and willing to scale 
• Customer orientated to build collaborative relationship 
• Fostering teamwork and empowering others 
• Analytical and strategic thinking to tackle problems, anticipate situations and take appropriate actions to prepare for possible contingencies 
• Results oriented to ensure we meet our AOP and set targets 
• Provide support and motivation to develop and drive strategic marketing plans and target sales penetration for various market segments in Thailand and its key customers to achieve the country sales growth 
• Build up and implement customer master management system into local market (Sales Action Plan, Competitor Hunt Program, Quarterly Comparison file & Analysis, Account Universe, CRM reporting, Sales Funnel management, Weekly Order forecast; SAM/KAM, Customer Master Data update, Customer Training & Education, Sales Force

Sales :Generate Leads/ Close Orders - 50% 
Business Development :Understand Customer Technology and Process –20% Focus on Bottom-Line : 5% 
Market Intelligence : Competitor Info/ Customer Info –10% 
SW/DM –15% 

Job Requirements


> 5 years relevant experience (sales) in Food & Beverage industry in Thailand 
• Understand Food & Beverage Market and Market Trend in Thailand 
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Scientific, Food engineering, chemical engineering, industrial machinery…in customer facing roles (sales, applications or technical support) 
• Fluent English 
• Good computer skill: word, excel, power point
• Motivationin work 
• Travelling availability to different location in Thailand for sales activity (4 days per week to visit customers outside office) and oversea for training
