SALES REPRESENTATIVE     PARIS AREA

Description

 

Manage assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals. Maintain, build, and create relationships with existing dealer partners and end users within territory. 

Ensure new and repeat business through sourcing and building upon existing accounts. Provide daily as well as strategic direction for sales activities for assigned territory.

Customers segments are ICU, lab, ED, maternity and pneumology unit and sleep labs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives to ensure a customer centric organization.

  • Assess and manage sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy. 

  • Develop and drive performance objectives, KPIs and countermeasures to ensure achievement of sales goals in assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with sales channel through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-along etc.

  • Actively ensure increasing mindshare of sales channel through creative sales & marketing efforts such as: product offerings, promotions, campaigns, and training.


Qualifications


  • Master Degree

  • 5-8 years of combined sales and/or sales management experience. IVD or medical disposal experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in critical care environment and Point of care equipment would be an added value

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong communication and relationship development skills

  • Excellent analytical and prioritization skills

Description

Développer son territoire pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.

Maintenir, créer des relations avec les clients existants et les utilisateurs finaux sur le territoire.

Développer un nouveau portefeuille client sur les segments de marché en adéquation avec la stratégie entreprise.

Renseigner son activité commerciale sur le CRM. Les segments de clientèle sont les réanimations, les laboratoires, les urgences, les maternités, les services de pneumologie et laboratoires du sommeil.  

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Accroître l'efficacité et l'efficience grâce à la commercialisation des services et autres prestations additionnelles.

• Évaluer et gérer le funnel des ventes pour améliorer les prévisions et de la planification des projets.

• Développer et piloter les objectifs de performance, les KPI (indicateurs clés) et les contre-mesures pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux sur son territoire.

 • Établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec nos clients et partenaires en participant régulièrement à des événements promotionnels.

• Veiller activement à s’appuyer sur les campagnes marketing, les formations, pour accentuer les efforts commerciaux.

  Qualifications

• Master 1/2 • 5 à 8 années d'expérience commerciale en diagnostic médical ou dispositif médical..

• Une expérience de vente dans le secteur de la réanimation serait un plus

• Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet

• Solides compétences en communication et en développement relationnel

• Excellentes compétences analytiques et de priorisation des projets
