As a Sales and Operations Planner you are part of the Global Supply Planning team and act as a key driver in S&OP Processes while driving innovation projects. You are responsible for your own product group and join a team of 7 colleagues in Global Supply.

Your responsibility
The Sales and operations planner is responsible for the capacity plans in the Sampler value stream and ensures a balanced capacity utilization on all production lines in the Sampler area 

Furthermore, you are responsible for:
• Executing and organizing the S&OP process for the Sampler area
• Participate in continuously improvement projects within the S&OP process
• Improve forecast accuracy by conducting and presenting structured root cause analysis
• Report on KPI’s
• Run improvement and cross functional projects linked to supply chain
• Develop Qlikview reports
• Coordination with production and marketing to ensure a high delivery performance 

The job contains travel activities between 2-3 weeks per year.

Job Requirements


You might have a bachelor in operations management engineering (Production engineer) or have a cand.merc.SCM background. Most importantly, we believe that the following increase your chances of success in the job: 

    • Experience within  production planning short and long term and preferable background in S&OP planning
    • You are an advanced IT-user and it is an advantage if you are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX
    • You are known as a service minded and outgoing team player
    • You have good communications skills
