Job Description:

1. Manage Sales Team & Distributors to achieve sales target within sales budget;

2. Formulate and execute sales strategies for assigned territories or core products.

3. Coach & train Sales Representatives, including dealer sales to do value selling and hands

   on workshop training.

4. Convert strategic accounts to dental device- Kavo product users.

5. Fully understand marketing program and activities, plan & execute them according to

   requirements of key opinion leaders.

6. Establish and maintain successful relationship with key customers, end users, opinion

  leaders and professional associations.

7. Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and programs to maximize

  market share.

8. Responsible for monitoring dealer inventory, in-market sales performance and customer

  profile data base input;

Qualifications

Job Requirement:

 

-       Bachelor’s degree required

-       7+ years sales experience in pharmaceutical /considerable medical device sales management.

-       Strong successful Key Account and distributor management experience (>5 years);

-       Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

-       Ability to manage different pipelines with multiple accounts and partners.

-       Ability to work in a team environment.

-       To expand, liaison, build up and enhance good relationship with universities, professional and distributors.

-       Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client.

-       Dental, pharmaceutical background or related experience preferred.
