1、 职责目的Position Objectives

Process water team是PALL GI部门一个重要的mini market,潜在年度销售额超过$20M。GI部门成立以后,水团队的业务范围扩展到电力、石化、煤化工、钢厂、废水零排放、机械加工厂切削液回收等,亟需新的成员加入,以便保持并提高Process water业务在工业、环保水处理领域的市场份额,保证GI相关业务持续增长,从而为GI乃至FTAP业务增长做出贡献。

2主要职责Key Responsibilities

负责Process water的相关业务,尤其是在环保水处理领域的业务,达成销售核心KPI。

3工作标准/绩效目标 Performance Standard/Goals:


实现Process water业务在所负责区域的销售额年度增长率不低于15%。

执行公司对销售人员的相关规定,包括funnel管理、standard work等。
