1、 职责目的Position Objectives

Process water team是PALL GI部门一个重要的mini market,潜在年度销售额超过$20M。GI部门成立以后,水团队的业务范围扩展到电力、石化、煤化工、钢厂、废水零排放、机械加工厂切削液回收等,亟需新的成员加入,以便保持并提高Process water业务在工业、环保水处理领域的市场份额,保证GI相关业务持续增长,从而为GI乃至FTAP业务增长做出贡献。

2主要职责Key Responsibilities

负责Process water的相关业务,尤其是在环保水处理领域的业务,达成销售核心KPI。

执行公司销售战略,根据区域实际市场情况制定相应销售策略并实施。

通过高密度的商务拜访沟通、技术交流、提供解决方案等方法维持客户关系,确保产品市场份额持续上升。

不断开发新客户,培育新的增长点,实现销售业绩明显增长。

对经销商进行有效的辅导和管理,并努力拓宽产品销售渠道。

Job Requirements



Qualifications

3工作标准/绩效目标 Performance Standard/Goals:

年度销售业绩至少不低于$1.0M。

实现Process water业务在所负责区域的销售额年度增长率不低于15%。

执行公司对销售人员的相关规定,包括funnel管理、standard work等。

4任职资格 Position Qualification Requirement

专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

工科学士及以上,应用化学或环境工程专业尤佳。

相关工作经验Relevant Experience

8年以上水处理行业从业经验,其中至少5年以上销售经历,有技术背景尤佳。

熟悉垃圾渗滤液处理、浓盐水深度处理与废水零排放市场,销售过碟片式高压反渗透膜(DTRO)或同类型、以及上下游产品,有此类工程项目销售背景尤佳。

语言技能 Language Skills

良好的英语听说读写能力。条件优秀者可放宽此项要求。

其它要求 Other Requirements

适应高频次的出差,吃苦耐劳,行事自律且坚韧。

具有开放的心态,有持续学习、自我提升的动力。
