Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
OTT Hydromet manufactures and distributes Hydrological & Meteorological Instrument used to monitor water level, water flow, Solar radiation, Ozone and weather parameters. We are looking for a techno commercial person with minimum 7 years of work experience in similar fields to grab the growth opportunities in this growing segment.

Duties and responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and increase market share in South & West India.
• Deal with different types of customers – Solar Power Developers/ EPCs/ System Integrators/ Research Institutes (IMD/ ISRO etc)
• Drive value selling and value communication actions at key customers.
• Conceptualize and execute pricing and sales agreements with key customers.
• Develops, implements & sustains comprehensive sales plans/strategies to achieve annual booking and sales numbers
• Maintain sales CRM – SFDC
• Understand customer requirement and offer correct product/technology solution.
• Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offer.
• Regular follow up with customers to conclude the order
• Coordination with global supply chain & Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze competition activities in the sales territory

Qualifications

    • Qualifications
    • 1. Skills & Competence - 
      a. Minimum 9-10 years of sales & business development experience in environmental industry
      b. Prior experience of working with govt stakeholders
      c. Experience with major MNCs will be an advantage
      d. Industrial B2B selling to system integrators, EPCs
      e. Excellent presentation skills and competence in MS office
    • 2. Soft Skills: - 
      a. Self-starter and must be comfortable working independently
      b. Exposure to matrix structure
      c. Proactive and action oriented
      d. Strong analytical skills
      e. Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
      f. Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams
      g. High on integrity
