The Sales Manager we are looking for will have a commercial background and long track record in commercial B2B supplies to Solar Power Industry, Meteorological dealing with technical, Instrumentation products. You enjoy the broad range of sales and business development activities, possess an entrepreneurial spirit to expand the market, and like to further increase the excellent reputation and sales of Kipp & Zonen products in the Region.

Job Requirements


    • BE/ B Tech graduate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales business with technical products to Solar Energy EPC s , O&Ms , Renewable energy areas
    • Knowledge and experience of distribution sales and marketing of industrial or scientific products
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
    • Knowledge of and experience with exhibiting, promoting, and selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
    • Likes to work solo and in a small team
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and good coordination skills
    • Broad knowledge of the meteorological and scientific markets

    Preferred –

    • Master’s Degree in a relevant technical study or business

    • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

    • Knowledge of and active network in the solar energy market
