Description

PURPOSE

In a few sentences, briefly describe the overall purpose of the role, i.e. why the role exists
To identify, attract and retain customers for the customised Procera solutions & digital treatment planning with Nobel Clinician software thereby targeting increased sales for the organization and provide better, safer and more effective patient outcomes for the customers.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS AND KEY CHALLENGES – 

• Sales: Work with Zonal sales manager, National sales head and Country manager to put together annual budgets and forecast. To achieve and exceed targets assigned for both scanners and consumables and constantly follow up on receivables in coordination with the sales team Manage Lab relations and expand Procera lab base with new scanner installation. Expand the network of satellite labs to grow Procera lab business for consumables To do accurate monthly presentation to Immediate supervisor and National sales manager on current and projected sales as well as lab and other partnering activities. Expand alliances with CBCT centres for Nobel Clinician thereby expanding usage of templates for guided surgery.

• Key account management: Identify potential accounts from the existing set of customers as well as new customers, understand and develop meaningful business relationship that identifies growth opportunities for customised solutions. Develop speakers for both doctors and labs, ensure that they have proper case documentations and presentation that are aligned with the market needs and company strategy. Manage relation with CBCT alliances, track ROI and work out activities to drive traffic to the centres for treatment planning and guided surgery.

• Others: To understand and interpret the customers’ and market need for customised solutions and provide appropriate inputs and feedback to training and education. Improve prosthetic skills of both dentists and labs by organising events, training and education in partnership with marketing/T&E team Briefing the sales team on latest updates on customised solutions, business plan and execution strategy Provide technical support to Procera labs for scanner related issues. Manage relations and timely resolution of grievances and issues in context to scanners, other products by troubleshooting remotely or via appointments with the customers and labs. Ensure training for CBCT alliance centres for them to provide effective treatment planning to the dentists.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Critical Knowledge:

Advance user of ms-office, knowledge on technology/applications
Critical Skills:
Negotiation skill, selling skill, multi-tasking, proactiveness, ability to work with minimal supervision
Critical Experience:

2-10 years work experience in sales in medical devices /dental industry/health care industry/experience in selling medical devices or speciality pharma preferably in MNC’s.
Graduate preferably with post graduation/management qualification.

Educational Qualification

The candidate applying should be holding a valid degree in Bachelor Of Dental Surgery (BDS).
