•         Managing Key Accounts in the entire North  India Region

•         To attain Sales Objectives and Field Activity Goals for assigned geographic area.

•         Communicates with Managers to initiate, track, and monitor strategic sales objectives and campaigns across the assigned area.                                                                                                               

•         Responsible for communicating information and training to the Dealers team.

•         Attends /Conducts major conventions / Exhibitions /CDE activity, business development meetings, and any event in assigned market as decided by the company.

•         Cold call on accounts in area, if needed.

•         In dental sales, time is money, so a key requirement of the role is persistence – getting in front of decision makers and key influencers. It also involves strong territory management skills, maximising coverage and face-to-face contact.

•         Developing positive relationships with prospects and current customers is an important part of this career choice. The sales representative may be responsible for finding new business in a specific territory, as well as servicing existing accounts, as part of his or her job duties.

•         Product demonstrations conducted by dental sales person can be done using Product demo units / Samples, computer software, PowerPoint presentations or videos. The salesperson will need to have a high level of product knowledge, as well as some technical ability, to be able to effectively point out why the person they are meeting / calling on should buy the product.

•         Stock report sharing with the assigned dealers.

•         CDE support to the dealers - Invitation, data collection, demo material transaction.

•         Dealer's team training support.

•         Stock and sales report tracking.

•         Send communication mailers to assigned dealers on outstanding payment / AR report sharing / AR collection

•         Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.

•         Sales performance report - highlighting Incentive earning gap.

•         Sales calls with Channels team.

•         Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards.

•         Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments.

Job Requirements



Minimum 7 years in Dental Industry / Medical Devices

•         Proven track record of winning new business

•         Computers Skills with an emphasis on Power Point and Excel.

•         Candidate needs to be highly motivated person, with a strong-willed determination to succeed.

•         Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

•         Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

•         Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

•         Analyses the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.

•         Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.

•         Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.

•         Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.

•         Preparing and updating Master call list, Potential doctors list, Daily Reports and Special Campaign Reports.

•         Participates in trade shows and conventions.

•         Good to have a post-secondary degree in science/commerce. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
