Description

We are looking for the right person to join our marketing team at Esko. This person will be resourceful and have the initiative to research potential leads to ensure proper qualification to handover to our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the North America lead generation team and Corporate marketing team to drive additional funnel value.

Main responsibilities and key activities include:



  • Capture and administer leads coming from different sources

  • Qualify all leads in a short timeframe based on defined priorities

  • Support corporate marketing or North America lead generation campaigns

  • Conduct probing conversations and telemarketing actions, after introductory training

  • Answer incoming calls and initiate follow up actions (redirect/introduce in Salesforce.com)

  • Support sales with marketing related requests.

  • Collaborate with local Sales teams to ensure proper handling and working of MGOs (marketing generate opportunities)

  • Salesforce.com & Database management

  • Introduce leads/qualify leads/fluent handover of high and medium opportunities from marketing to sales

  • Follow up on Salesforce compliance by sales - train and assist when required

  • Provide customer feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams

  • Maintain & enrich our CRM database with quality data

  • Other tasks may be assigned


Job Requirements



Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred

  • Familiar with marketing and sales related tasks

  • Experience in a presales, call center, customer service preferred

  • Knowledge of ESKO products or industry a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
