Your main responsibilities and key activities:


  • Capture and administer leads coming from different sources
  • Qualify all leads in a short timeframe based on defined priorities
  • Support corporate marketing or NA lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct probing conversations and telemarketing actions, after introductory training
  • Answer incoming calls and initiate follow up actions (redirect/introduce in Saleforce.com/…)
  • Support sales with marketing related requests. Collaborate with local Sales teams to ensure proper 
  • handling and working of MGOs.
  • Saleforce.com & Database management
  • Introduce leads/qualify leads/fluent handover of high and medium opportunities from marketing to sales
  • Follow up on SF.com compliance by sales - train and assist when required
  • Provide customer feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Maintain & enrich our CRM database with quality data

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Qualifications and professional knowledge:


  • Education: minimum Bachelor level
  • Language skills (written & oral): English, Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SF.com
  • Familiar with marketing and sales related tasks
  • Experience in a similar job is a plus
  • Knowledge of ESKO products is a plus
