Description

Position Objective 
• Technical Sales representative for Semicon/CMP and Graphic Arts and other , Strategic Customer in Japan.  
Essential Job Functions:  (Describe the primary tasks, duties and responsibilities associated with the position and actions that are required to perform in the role, be as detailed as possible.  Is domestic/global travel required?) Please make sure you indicate the % of time spent on each activity – needed for pricing the position.
• Product and service presentation. (Preparation and meeting): 30% 
• New product demand research and meeting with customer: 35%
• Co-work with MKG team to gain market share.15%
• Demand research for strategy making and demand forecasting: 10% 
• Documentations and reporting: 10%


Position Competencies 
• Industry experience in the product/technology to ability to relate and interpret needs of prospective clients
• Ideally ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and within a matrix environment.
• Ideally sales working within the electronics industries markets. Ideally e-materials market.
• Balance among “customer first”, “Stock holder profit”, “company growth”, and “individual growth and wellness”.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 
• PC (Basic experience of Power Point and Excel,Word) /English (TOEIC 650)
• University education or equivalent
• Experience on electronics market or fine chemical industry.
