Description

Purpose:
Driving the SEE MORE- WIN More – Large Tender/ Muni Business for Hach India
• Enable Winnability of Large Projects (> 100K)
• Improve Turnaround Time & Velocity of Opportunity Closure
• Enable Productivity of Core Business by Improving Productivity – Field Sales Team

Roles & responsibilities :
Pre-Bid Support – Proposals, Data Sheets, Tender Completion
 Single Point responsibility from order receipt to client approval and dispatch readiness
 Working with End Users- to understand the project requirements
 Understanding the Tender requirements and drawing out the value propositions for HACH
 Preparation of Proposals, Data Sheets and Tender Completion 
Post Order Execution
 Leading Kick of Meetings- Leading Kick off meetings & coordination with multiple stakeholders
 Documentation: Drawing and Document Submission
 Enabling Sales: Obtain Clearances for order booking
 System Integrators- Experience in working with System Integrators. Woking with
 Travel -Ability to travel 40 to 50% time to customer location for meetings.

1. Candidate “must haves” –
a. Bachelor of Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation- with 5-6 Experience in handling Proposals/ Documentation / Tender Bidding
b.  AutoCAD Drafting for P&ID Preparation.
c. Project Understanding
2. Candidate “good to haves”
a. Proven Expertise in Sampling Panels and Vendor Management of Bought out Components.
b. System Design Capability – for Sampling Panels
3. Candidate “no-go’s” –
a. No AutoCAD experiences & poor execution skills
Behavioral Aspects
1. Coordinating and Influencing ability
