Description

Strategic position, essential for team management, results leverage, planning structure and ensuring the achievement of goals set by the organization.

Candidate must have sales team management, sales strategy planning, goal tracking and results leverage, sales team development.

Important to have leadership skills, analytical skills, resilience, autonomy and emotional management.

Technical abilities:

Having fluent English (advanced), complete undergraduate (Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields), having command of the Spanish language will be a differential.

Experience managing teams of at least 15 people, plus the management of sales representatives or distributors will be a differential.

Experience with CRM and Datasul ERP system will be a differential.

Having worked in companies in the field of Sanitation, Food and Beverage, Pulp and Paper, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Chemical Industry Oil and Gas and Energy.
