Description

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans;
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand;
  • Accomplish sales target and or suceed within your region;
  • Support strategic marketing plans that sucessfully achieve business results;
  • Maintains national staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Exceptional communication and negotiating skills 
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Previous experience managing Sales and or Marketing teams
Preferably experience in dentistry  or medical devices industry
Bachelor degree in Administration, Marketing or related field
Advanced/Fluent English
Advanced Problem Solving skills
