Description

o    Establish and maintain strong indirect OEM sales channels in assigned geography; conduct indirect (and direct) sales efforts were assigned.

o    Evaluate and manage effective sales activities in conjunction with local (OEM) sales management.

o    Establish and manage appropriate sales expectations.

o    Maintain and communicate a professional level knowledge of the PID applications.

o    Travel as needed to provide training, support, and leadership to local VJ organizations as well as to successfully meet direct sales objectives.

o    Collect, understand and communicate relevant market information.

o    Work closely with local management  to create and implement initiatives that will support sales goals.

o    Execute strategies and initiatives that support the objectives of the company and specifically the OEM Department.

o    Prepare and manage sales forecasts by dollars and units.

o    Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and detailed assessment of the factors influencing sales.

o    Provide timely follow-up to all sales leads with documentation and progress being recorded in CRM

o    Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.

o    Need to learn Chinese within first six month

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Minimum

1.     Education & Experience: 

o    Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 7-10 years experience in equipment sales (preferably to PID customers) with international sales management; minimum of 5 years experience at management level.

2.     Leadership Skills: 

o    Ability to utilize computer software to present data and reports in a meaningful format.

o    Ability to effectively present information to management .

o    Strong market analysis, strategic planning, leadership and teambuilding skills.

o    Understanding and aptitude for PID requirements and issues.

o    Must be able to travel approx. 60% of the time, including international travel for 1-3 week periods.

o    Ability to build a successful team

o    Demonstrated track record who has delivered exceptional sales results at large multi-national accounts

o    Experience with managing direct and indirect reports

o    Successful management in a complex “matrixed” organization

3.     Skill Set: 

o    Self starter, Highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization; Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; High level of business management and facilitation skills; Capability to resolve complex problems with minimum of confusion, frustration and inconveniences for all parties concerned
