Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
To assist in the day to day administration of the Sales department, working towards objectives agreed with line manager.
To maintain effective and positive communication with colleagues and customers, both internal and external. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer telephone questionnaires/surveys to prospective clients
• Carefully record information gathered during outbound phone calls
• Provide non-technical service and support to customers
• Performs other job-related duties as requested
• Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors/defects
• Provide general clerical methods, principals and practices
• Display strong organizational skills, plan and assign resources in a detailed fashion
• Be customer orientated
• Provide excellent communication to customers and colleagues

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Degree or higher degree in Life Sciences
• Understanding of Phenomenex culture
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willing to develop high level of Technical & product knowledge
