Description

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.


Accounts & Geographic Area consisting of:

  • Customers in Chicago and South Wisconsin
  • Prospects (which can be turned into customers with in a years time frame)
  • Suspects qualified (that show strong interest in our solution/s)
  • Suspects not qualified (that have needs that we have a solution for but are not particular specified nor known yet)
  • Reports to the VP-Sales Digital Finishing
 Receives support via Inside Sales:
  • Sales Assistance
  • Product Management (Editing-technologies, Workflow-technologies, Rip-technology, Hardware)
  • Service Center
  • Product- and Selling skills trainings
  • Coaching in the field
 Coordination / organization of selling cycles including:
  • Project findings (defining of needs, expectations, financing)
  • Project follow up
  • Presentation of products and solutions
  • Answering technical questions
  • Demo organization
  • Visit of reference customers
  • Visit of competence and product managers
  • Selling
 Administration / necessary paper work according to SIS structure inclusive:
  • Proposals,
  • Letter of understanding, 
  • Project Management Lists
  • Data Base Management (SIS)
 Market observation and representation of Esko Artwork including:
  • Observation and adjustment to market changes,
  • Contact to multipliers,

Job Requirements



Qualifications

o At least 4 years of high level sales experience and successful selling of enterprise solution software plus implementation services and capital equipment

o Highly developed Account Management skills

o Industry knowledge of Packaging Design and Pre-production with experience in Commercial Print and Sign and Display sectors

o An Associates or Bachelors Degree plus a minimum of 4 years sales experience in the industry or the equivalent in

knowledge and experience

o Highly developed team selling skills

o Strength in problem solving, able to manage complex business subjects and related solutions

o Excellent communication skills- verbal, written, presentation

o Ability to create commitment and trusto Enthusiasm and determination to succeed

o Be able to manage time and own schedule effectively with only limited supervision

o Home office based work environment

o Position requires extensive travel including overnight stays
