Purpose of Position
Responsible for achieving agreed sales volume and revenue, within the expected margin to maintain and grow KaVo Kerr product market share within the country.

Key responsibilities but are not limited to:
  • Sales Volume/Pricing -  Ensure the achievement of target sales volumes, pricing and revenue and to gain market share on an array of KaVo Kerr products (chairs, x-ray, instruments, etc.) through the Channel Partner (s); develop an effective Channel Partner Program and to maintain close business relationship with the Channel Partner(s) in order to increase KaVo Kerr sales within the country.
  • Sales Management – Ensure the Channel Partner(s) align with the Company’s vision of an effective management of the respective sales by the timely and accurate maintenance, preparation and submission of relevant quotation, sales order, sales reports and after sales follow-up/support. Co-ordinate with other sales and technical support team members if necessary. 
  • Marketing and Sales Co-ordination - Contribute to the orderly and systematic marketing and sales of KaVo Kerr products through the Channel Partner(s) in the Indonesia market by the timely and accurate adherence to all agreed sales and pricing policies, gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends and practice sharing. Keep Country Manager aware of significant developments within the country.
  • Team Participation - Contribute to the teamwork and work climate within KaVo Kerr operation by assisting other team members where appropriate, seeking area’s where further work contributions may be made and by maintaining effective work relations with all other staff members.
  • Represent KaVo Kerr Interests – Engage the Channel Partner(s) to ensure effective representation of KaVo Kerr interests by promoting and representing the company with involvement in exhibits, trade shows and conventions, product demonstration and in industry association activities.

Qualifications

Qualification and Experience required
  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates will have 3+ years relevant sales experience to a hospital call point will be highly regarded.
  • 8+ years’ experience in sales role, healthcare and dental field preferred.
  • Experience with sales quotas, forecasting.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel in country frequently
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong team cooperation spirit and Innovation initiative
  • Good technical knowledge with strong learning agility
