Description

Pall Corporation is seeking an experienced Systems Reliability Engineer to join our R&D team located at our Center of Excellence in Westborough, MA. Our highly talented scientists and engineers are the best and brightest in bioprocessing and filtration technologies, and we want you to join our team!


Your expertise in complex systems and electrical/software/hardware engineering will help us define and execute a reliability strategy for our next generation bioprocessing technology solutions. 


Your work experience includes:
Planning, define, train and organize resources to achieve the reliability program requirements within the constraints of life cycle issues and costs.
Experience with FMEA (failure modes and analysis), facilitation and completion
Reliability growth / demonstration testing
Statistical and probability models including Weibull analysis experience in regards to subsystem evaluation of reliability with confidence
Systems experience from: Aerospace, bioprocessing, automotive, machine design, medical devices
Data collection from the systems you have developed and deployed.
Develop test plans and conduct bench level testing that cover the expected customer use environment and operation conditions.
Formulate models and predict, analyze and interpret the system using block diagrams, apportionment and simulations.
Data Science methods to perform analytics on data elements (e.g. data clustering, data cleansing, data validation)
Reliability analysis tools and customer feedback to identify and analyze potential safety and reliability issues for a product (R Studio/R Tool)
Presentation experience
Customer centric
A collaborative cross-functional team member

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Advanced Mathematics, Biomedical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering (BS + 6 yrs exp, MS + 4 yrs exp). 3+ year’s experience in systems engineering or related hardware engineering field; preferably from electrical-mechanical, machine design, medical device, automotive, or aerospace industry. 3+ year’s experience with software controlled devices or systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
CRE certification, Advanced degree
