Description

Due to the current size of the Field Service Structure and the excellent growth perspectives, Videojet is hiring an additional Regional Service Manager for a to be newly defined region in Germany. Reporting into the Head of Service Germany & Austria, the Regional Service Manager will lead a team of 9-11 associates (Field Service Technicians). He/she is accountable for establishing and maintaining a profitable Service Organization to strengthen Videojet’s position in the market. Focus will be on establishing and managing an agile, fast, efficient and effective Service Organization, to deliver high quality standards, best-in-class solutions with qualified, empowered sales-thinking-Service Technicians!

Your role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement best-in-class profitable service (technical) solutions & delivery processes/organization across assigned region and support effective strategies to drive innovations (PD)
  • Steering Change Management to enhance High Performance in assigned Team/Region
  • Identify improvement opportunities in standard processes and services; work with local leaders, Sales Managers and Experts to implement Videojet Products & Services (technical) as holistic concept in the assigned Region
  • Monitor performance of individuals and create proactive People management to achieve a high level of engagement, retention, performance and development, including proactive Talent Acquisition approach in assigned Region
  • Participate in month-end closing activities, including analytic reviews of assigned region to achieve planed growth & Revenue
  • Manage other key relationships within the German organization including Sales, Customer Support (technical & non-technical), Dispatch and Hotline, Service Experts and national and international Leaders

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Experienced transformational leader with track record in building teams and organizations, building trust, leading by example as role model, purpose driven, with enthusiasm and team spirit; You will currently be in an Leadership role in a dynamic market of the B2B Business with 5+ years’ proven experience in a relevant Position
  • Experienced architect in creating the best framework to allow potential to grow – high demanding standards, challenger, supporter & coach
    Possessing profound Project management skills and techniques
    KPI and performance driven
  • Proficiency in financial analysis; able to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures and the need for countermeasures
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems, MS Office
  • Degree educated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or vocational training (apprenticeship) in technical field
  • Advanced training in Continuous Improvement, Lean Management and/or Six Sigma
  • Fluent in English and German both verbally and in writing
