Description

  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen, Reparaturen und upgrades von konfokalen Laserscanning-Mikroskopen beim Kunden im Raum DACH
  • Unterstützung des Angebotsgeschäfts und Weiterleitung von komplexen Angeboten an die EU Manager, Vertragsverhandlungen mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Aktives Management der Service Großkunden und Weitergabe von Informationen an die Vertriebsmitarbeiter aus Kundenkontakten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Shared Services zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser und zügiger Abläufe und des Informationsflusses
  • Durchführung der jährlichen Leistungsbeurteilung, Umsetzen und Nachverfolgen der vereinbarten Maßnahmen, Sicherstellung des erforderlichen Qualifikationsniveaus der Service-Techniker
  • Funktion als Hiring Manager, Erstellung von Einarbeitungsplänen

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung der Fachrichtungen Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik mit langjähriger spezifischer Serviceerfahrung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, (insb. Finance und Controlling), fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Fähigkeiten im Bereich Kundendienst, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Nachgewiesene Teamführungs- und Trainingsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Performance-Management
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
