Deberá gestionar equipos de vendedores en una región asignada para
garantizar el cumplimiento de la cuota en dicho territorio con base en el
standard work para el equipo de ventas de Videojet.

Establecimiento de objetivos y metas para su región y por zona/SE.

Identificación de oportunidades de mercado en región: nuevos verticales
y/o aplicaciones.

Fortalecer el posicionamiento de la marca en su región.

Acompañar a los SEs en las visitas a sus clientes, brindando coaching y
entrenamiento continuo al SE en las competencias y destrezas claves para el
éxito en la gestión de ventas.

Proponer, crear, implementar y medir el resultado de nuevas estrategias de
ventas en su región.

Sostener una dinámica intensiva de prospección (identificación y
captación de clientes nuevos) con su equipo de ventas en la región asignada.

  • Gerencia integral del
    funnel de ventas de su región 

Job Requirements


Mínimo 5 años liderando
equipos de ventas consultiva y B2B (industrial); con al menos 8 reportes

Conocimiento de
ventas para procesos productivos.

Deseable con contactos
en empresas target de VJ

Graduado Universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de empresas o afines. Será valorado título de posgrado.
