We are looking for great talent, for future opportunities.   This is an evergreen / pipeline position, to help us proactively identify potential candidates for future openings.



POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Marketing Communications Specialist will be instrumental in shaping the future growth of the North America/Latin America marketing execution program. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the tradeshow process, and measuring the effectiveness of the marketing program; ultimately driving lead generation, brand awareness and results.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead the execution of outbound and inbound marketing activities (emails, social, PPC, video, podcasts, content marketing digital advertising, events, etc.) to maximize revenue and lead generation for a core vertical in the North America, Caribbean and Latin America region.

  • Brainstorm with content and creative teams to generate compelling marketing ideas, content, advertising copy, graphic designs and promotional materials.

  • Own marketing metric reporting and analysis for North America, Caribbean and Latin America; determining the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through daily, weekly and monthly KPI management using Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Manage relationship with SEM agency, reviewing ad, remarketing and display campaigns, keywords and optimizing where necessary.

  • Manage tradeshow process by liaising with external vendors and internal teams to execute promotional events, tradeshows.

  • Assume individual tasks as assigned.

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, earth science, business administration, communications or related field.

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis on digital marketing and digital lead generation programs.

  • 3+ years of experience working with all the following platforms: Google AdWords, Salesforce, Wordpress, Marketo and LinkedIn.

  • Background in earth sciences or renewable energy preferred, but not required.

  • 10% travel required
