Description

Position Overview:

  • At a market proficient level, creatively concept from scratch marketing/advertising ideas for deliverables such as advertisements, collateral, and overall brand and product campaigns.


Job Functions:

  • Take ownership of the brand lead the marketing team in delivering consistency across all design applications and product lines
  • Leads research in fluid flow and filtration to enable New Product roadmap of Pall Microelectronics
  • Maintains collaborations with other research and academic entities that enable breakthrough innovation
  • Develop creative, comprehensive concepts and layouts, collaborating with digital, global and regional marketing teams to produce a high caliber of work under daring deadlines.
  • Lead and/or participate in the development of new products and new processes that enable next generation technologies
  • Comprehends Voice of the Customer and engages technical expertise to meet VoC in new product design and development activities
  • Plans, manages, budgets, and directs projects by closely working with cross-functional teams from around the world.
  • Develop and implement roadmaps for capital projects
  • Communicate clearly to team members, management, customers, suppliers and other key partners
  • Best practice knowledge of creative briefs, and in contributing to their development
  • Utilizes sound fundamentals like Design of Experiments (DOE); leads project teams and task force
  • Demonstrates global R&D and engineering resources in other time zones
  • Participates in teleconferences during off hours
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in resolving customer problems
  • Requires 10% travel both nationally and internationally

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or other Engineering discipline, Chemistry or Polymer Science
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience – out of that 5 years MUST be in people  management and management in R&D/New Product Development and/or design engineering is required


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of applicable forward-thinking experience in converting, membrane and / or media technology development, implementation, and operations support environment
  • Application knowledge of Semiconductor OEMs or Fab Equipment Engineering experience
  • Technical background related to Plastic Molding, Pressure vessel design and injection molding
  • MS/PhD degree in Science or Engineering
  • Experience speaking Asian language and adaptable to other cultures
