Description

Summary:
  • Administration and Managing Life Science EMEA Quality Management System including PMO Belgium
  • To management of the Quality system and Business Compliance to ensure they remain effective and provide assurance of compliance with defined standards and/or specified customer requirements.
  • The co-ordination and monitoring of all Quality related activities.
  • Responsible for the BioTech Engineering EMEA, PMO
Key Duties:
  • Responsible for monitoring, calculation and monthly reporting of Key Quality Assurance Performance Indicators, Project performance analysis and Pareto analysis of Factory acceptance testing (NC) as set by European QA&RA and EMEA Engineering BioPharm Management:
  • Contribution/Assistence/Execution of Customer audits on site
  • Responsible for training the Engineering Life Science EMEA 
  • Responsible to administrate the requirements of the ISO 9001 certification, including
    • Planning, Performance and Follow-up of internal audits on site by using a web-based tool (Pilgrim SmartAudit)
    • Evaluation of (internal and external) audit results in agreement with local Quality Management
    • Periodical Quality Management Review meetings and reports
  • Responsible for administrating, coordinating and maintaining the Quality Management System documentation as “Doc Coordinator” by using a web-based tool (Pilgrim SmartDoc) in accordance with current QMS ISO standards for the  area
  • Completion of customer responses to questionnaires 

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Qualification and Experience:
  • Educated to degree level (e.g. mechanical / process / plant engineering)
  • Quality degree
  • Further degree of Chemical, mechanical or software Engineering desired
  • Educated to Degree standard or equivalent in Business Studies or Engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance in Engineering and the Process Industry
  • Knowledge and aeareness of the methods and techniques of Quality Control in the manufacture industry
  • The ability to present technical and systems information clearly and concisely
  • Good attention to detail
  • At least 5 years experience of Quality Assurance in the field working on own initiative and within Manufacturing Industry supplying to the Process Industry.
  • Analytical and structural thinking
  • Technical flaire/knowledge of system devices used in the pharmaceutical
  • Team player
  • (internal/external) customer orientation   
  • Oral and written communication in English and another EU language
