Description

Main Duties in the following areas:


SMARTsolve Administrator:

  • Upload and maintain existing procedures and working instructions in the relevant databases for integrated management system of BK site and QMS of LFB business unit regionally - SMARTsolve, Secova, etc.
  • Induction of new users into SmartSolve,
  • Origination and Execution of Face-to-Face Trainings for SmartSolve usage, virtually, locally and regionally.
  • Business Unit wide administrator of documentation trainings for the Food & Beverage BU in SmartTrain,
  • Support Administrator in Pall Corporate Network - Execution of SmartSolve Help Desks related to any SmartSolve Modul
  • Run reports and anaylsis of SmartSolve data as requested by functional team and users

Documentation Control and business writing:

  • Origination and preparation for final signature of internal and external letters using templates where available. Customer correspondence (i.e. CoA origination, Audit responses)
  • Revision and origination of documents and forms
  • Maintenance of files,
  • Creation of statistical analysis, tables and graphs,
  • Updates of KPIs

Supplier Management:

  • Evaluation of new suppliers according to principles defined by Food & Beverage BU. Maintenance of the Approved Supplier List.

Follow-up on Process Audits:

  • Documentation, updating and analysis of audit results. Monitor completion of associated actions, if relevant reminding & escalting on overdue actions.
  • Verify completed actions for effectiveness and accordance to intended benefit. If needed, correct and modify together with the respective functional departments. Support and advise the functional departments.

Preparation and closure of customer audits:

  • Review the previous customer audit report, Monitor the defined actions, act as auditee for any customer auditor related questions on documentation management, complaints and internal NCRs (non conformance reports)


Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Technical or administrative education
  • First years of work experience in a similar role, ideally with an engineering background
  • Experienced in handling Quality Management Systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Structured and organized
  • Strategical thinker
  • Fluent in German and in English
