Job Summary:

Carry out tests on warranty return and internally failed parts to find root-cause of failures; particularly Electronic parts (PCBs etc.) 
Develop tests for new parts or failure modes 
Managing quality projects, looking to develop fixes for quality issues – short term and permanent 
Work with a cross functional team

Key Responsibilities:

1) Test of warranty returned parts using standard tests 
2) Develop tests for finding known failure modes 
3) Feedback of issues to the relevant team 
4) Drive quality improvement projects 

Job Requirements



ONC/BTEC or equivalent in an electro-mechanical Engineering subject would be an advantage

Professional Knowledge:

Familiar with test, fault finding and repair of electro-mechanical devices 
Must be competent in the use of soldering equipment, oscilloscopes, and digital volt meters 

Work Experience:

Experience in the field of electro-mechanical manufacture with experience in test, fault finding and repair of electro-mechanical devices to component level
