Welcome to a central collaborative role in Radiometer Medical
We invite you to take a seat in our HQ in Copenhagen (Brønshøj) in a truly cross-functional role as Quality Data Analyst. As part of the Customer Complaint team, you play a key role in facilitating, training and communicating with our internal partners, typically colleagues from the Production, Research & Development or Marketing. 

Your new position is key for trending on complaints and unplanned service work orders, which in turn provides key input to which counter measures needs to be taken. It is also important to provide the data needed for follow up on quality parameters (showing up in complaints) as well as providing input for management reviews.

Your responsibility summed up
You might not be familiar with all the expressions used in our department to begin with, but if you have the technical flair for Medical Devices and the excel data handling skills we bet that you can handle the following assignments: 
• Data analysis on Customer complaints related data
• Present findings to colleagues and managers  
• Supporting the organization during External Audits
• Spotting trends
• Answering data related questions from your commercial and technically oriented colleagues

Job Requirements


The preferred candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, or maybe the combination of a master’s within economy and experience from working with technologically advanced products. 
Furthermore, the following increases your chances of success in the job:
• Good knowledge of applicable standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, IVD, MD directive, and FDA legislation).
• Experience with extracting data from different data sources, combining them and performing analyses on data.
• Must master Excel functionality related to data analysis and graph building.
• Must be able to present the conclusions from the analysis done in an easy-to-comprehend manner for stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Danish
• Profound experience as MS Office user.
