Description :

Include but are not limited to the following:

•         Act as a development quality representative on the Blood Virus Program

•         Review design projects at each phase of the Design Control process for compliance and ensure compliant closure of Design History Files (DHFs)

•         Review and approve characterization reports, design verification protocols and reports and associated data ensuring compliance to all applicable procedures, work instructions and standards

•         Review and approve design changes and assess impact of changes on the Design History Files documents and on Device Master Record

•         Participate in and support DBS improvement initiatives and tools including Kaizen’s, PSP efforts and visual daily management

•         Represent Quality at both internal and external audits

•         May conduct internal audits to ensure compliance to the QMS

•         May act as an FMEA facilitator

•         Duties as prescribed by the Senior R&D Quality Manager (Co. Clare) or Senior QA Scientists on the BV program (Marseille)

Job Requirements


Qualifications/Expériences :

•         Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or other relevant technical field 

•         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a highly regulated (FDA desirable) healthcare or related environment

•         Desirable to have previous experience in IVDDs, Design Controls and/or Risk Management

•         Excellent interpersonal / communication skills

•         Strong team member with the ability to identify and drive quality improvements

•         Excellent planning and organizational skills

•         Very good level of English (written and spoken)
