Specific Responsibilities:

•        Lead the deployment and the maintenance of Beckman Coulter Quality Management System into IDC

•        Manage the QRA team in IDC and support team development

•        Maintain and continuously develop IDC quality systems and infrastructure to ensure compliance and effectiveness

•        Monitor and report on the performance of the Quality Management System

•        Establish and drive successful fulfillment of IDC Quality objectives; monitor and report on progress to these objectives. 

•        Support the establishment and fulfillment of WITS operational objectives

•        Manage the relationship with the Certification Body

•        Liaise with the regional and global RA organization to support IDC Products registration  

Job Requirements


University Degree in Science or equivalent,

•        Fluent in English – written and verbal

•        Able to influence in a global and multicultural environment

•        Excellent communication skills

•        Experience of working within a global, matrix organization, preferably in the software development industry
