To support the efficient operations of the Mackay workshop business in the provision of new equipment builds, refurbishment of customer owned equipment, and on-site service work performed by the Mackay trades team. Specifically you will coordinate all administrative deliverables to support the commercial operations of the workshop.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configure and maintain Mackay workshop product Bill of Materials

  • Identifying and maintaining a robust supplier network 

  • Converting purchase requisitions, processing purchase orders in SAP;

  • Ensuring orders have been processed to meet customer request date;

  • Tracking workshop supplier delivery performance, and expediting build materials when necessary;

  • Amending and revising orders as required;

  • Matching purchase orders and invoices for payment;

  • Creating parts and service manuals for equipment 

  • Coordinating preparation of tender and contract submissions;

  • Maintaining technical library, drawing library and register and filing systems;

  • Referring customer enquiries to technical or sales staff, or where applicable customer service;

  • Assisting with other duties, as required, for the day-to-day operation of the workshop;

  • Liaising with customer service with regards to any customer queries;

  • Project co-ordination;

Ideally you will have previous experience and proficiency with SAP (or commitment with the  ability to learn SAP). Additionally Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
