Portfolio Manager, motivator and ingenuity
Every year we look for new opportunities to improve our financial performance through utilizing industry-proven techniques such as purchase price variance (PPV) analysis and value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE). We have a big pipeline of projects that requires your project and portfolio management expertise. We also rely on your ideas and abilities to see potential projects as we hope to add even more projects to lower our production costs.

Finally, we know that some of our 1,200 associates in Copenhagen and 3,900 worldwide can be utilized and are capable of contributing more to this objective with your help and perspectives.

Your tasks and focus
Through a portfolio of cross-functional cost saving projects, involving Operations, R&D and RA/QA you help deliver savings that support the growth of Radiometer. It involves strategic and operational conversations with Senior Leaders to ensure progress on individual projects and initiatives, while also setting directions for how to define our KPIs and build a roadmap of company-wide PPV/VA/VE portfolio challenging the way we do things today.

Your responsibilities can be summed up to the following:
• Ensure PPV and VAVE savings according to company expectations
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, establish the working plan of each project phase
• Analyze and appraise the efficiency of methods, costs, and results
• Facilitate project review and checkpoint meetings
• Produce and analyze portfolio/project-level reports against key performance indicators
• Raise issues that threaten portfolio and project success
• Drive portfolio discussions and decision meetings
• Ensure creation of an ideas' funnel for future projects
The job takes you travelling around 10-15 % of your time. Our biggest manufacturing presence outside of Denmark is in Poland, Finland and the US.

Committed to your development
The job has a high impact on our strategy and future growth. Combined with global exposure and visibility to top management this is a natural stepping stone to further develop your eye for business in a successful organization that has achieved good growth rates for many years.

Depending on your background and aspirations there can be an opportunity in the future to develop the job into a people management role. Radiometer and Danaher focuses on developing our employees, and we offer a variety of internal and external trainings to keep growing your skill set.

Both in Denmark and abroad you will meet hardworking colleagues who take pride in making a difference in a company whose products can truly impact other people's lives.
