This role has direct responsibility for driving and supporting the delivery of projects within the Pharma Team from ideation to commercialization in line with business needs. The Project Manager will manage the time and resource inputs as required by the business needs of the project and as directed by the Program Manager
Major Responsibilities
• The generation and maintenance of project/program time lines and budgets to support and coordinate preparation of Statement of Work (SoW) proposals in partnership with Business Development.
• Responsible for aligning various project functions in accordance with project needs and mitigating associated risks.
• Responsible for the organization, facilitation of internal and external project meetings, ensuring communication is transparent so all key stakeholders are aware of progress and critical path tasks.
• As and when required, provide project updates.
• While this role will have no direct line management responsibilities there is a requirements to coach and lead through influence within the team and ensure project requirements are delivered.
Required Skills/Experience
• Experience in Project Management roles in a fast paced, changing Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar project management software
• Exceptional people and project management skill set - responsible for timeline, deliverables and budget.
• Experience of working in a complex matrix environment
• Experience in medical devices development environment (feasibility through to product launch) while not essential would be desirable
• An ability to work to set regulatory requirements and an ability to adjust, maintain and manage plans to incorporate such requirements on an ongoing basis.
• CDx experience preferred
