Description

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible to manage a customer project from the point of sales, to final acceptance. You will act as the single point of contact throughout the project process internally and towards the customer.

You are the sole responsible for planning and communication with the Field Service resources. On handover of a project from Sales BU, you will draft, present and agree on a project delivery plan with the customer.

Your Key focus will be on customer satisfaction, delivery of projects on time as well as on budget.

What will be key activities?
  • you fulfill a quick and correct registration of the order in our ERP system
  • you take individual ownership of projects until customer acceptance
  • you act as a single point of contact towards the customer. You take care of proper and professional communication regarding the project, internally as well as externally
  • you take care of registration of installation dates (important for maintenance contracts)
  • you are responsible for invoicing to customers
  • you are the main contact for internal resources such as: sales force, services, factories & finance for all issues related to sales projects processed within your region

Qualifications

Qualifications?
  • you have a bachelor degree in related fields
  • you are proficient in English and French. Knowledge of any other European languages is considered as a plus
  • you have experience working in a customer service department
  • you have 2 - 5 years of relevant experience 
  • customer - oriented
  • you possess Project Management skills/experience
