The Purpose of the Professional Service Representative is to organize, manage and deliver relationship activities that will increase the overall sales goals for the Territory Manager. The focus will be to optimize the sales process in a team role, providing technical and practice development support for a specific assigned territory.  

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ideal customer account relationships.

  • Provide technical support to customers.

  • Gather, document and report Restorative practice data.

  • Identify and maintain top 5 surgeon accounts.

  • Know top 10 referring practices for surgeon customers.

  • Provide, review and deliver supportive technical/Patient Ed literature.

  • Acknowledge and understand partnership levels.

  • Assess practice needs for appropriate perk offering opportunities.

  • Identify sales opportunities for Territory Manager.

  • Communicate with surgeon customer implant coordinator regarding restorative practice field support and case experience.

  • Organize and attend point of sale presence at local study club events.

  • Present team “lunch and learn” topics: patient education, creating value and technical reviews.

  • Maintain, retain and recruit client customers.

  • Present and utilize NobelProcera solutions with referring restorative partners.  Be liaison for case referrals with Nobel partner laboratories.

  • Daily appointments including prosthetic support, surgical in-service, chair side support and NobelGuide support and demonstrations.

  • Cold-calling in an area that is geographically convenient to the area where the support appointments.  Cold-calling functions include a determination of educational needs and appropriate course brochures for clients as well as NobelProcera literature to be left behind.

  • Complete daily call reports and send to Territory Manager to communicate the activity within their territory.  

Job Requirements



  • 1 + years’ sales experience in sales and cold calling or clinical dental experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree\


  • .Dental and/or Medical device  experience preferred.
