The role is to establish new process flows and change old process flows to be as optimal as possible. It will also be a part of the development team when it comes to improvements, problem solving and project resources. Different task goes through the team and to be able to meet present and future demands both from production side and development side this role is essential.

Main responsibilities:
  • Work as a project, global and local, member and represent production for new processes.
  • Drive problem solving in small and big scale in all areas of production in Karlskoga.
  • Act as sponsor for process development activities initiated by the Management Group.
  • Learning and using Danaher's tool box for processes, improvements and problem solving
  • It isn't a management role, but can in some occasions be a leading role e.g. in projects or problem solving.
  • Represent production in global workshops (PRM, etc.)
  • Responsible for economics within the project and task, but have no own account or cost center.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with NBP Management Team and Sponsors on progress of work.

Job Requirements


Required skills & experience:
  • Bachelor of Science with a major in engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-8 year's experience from process flow planning, problem solving, automations in an manufacturing industry.   
  • Production engineering, value flow mapping, problem solving
  • Use with regulated environment.
  • Experience from chemical industry is meritorious 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office and preferably in SAP
  • Experience from Lean and Six Sigma approaches  
  • Manage different analytical and statistics tools
  • Working with different people on different company levels and can talk in front of a group
  • Flexible and understand what’s critical for the company
  • Result orientated and follows through
  • Flexible interpersonal style.
  • Analytic problem solving abilities use of statistic tools
  • Experienced from a global manufacturing business 
  • Working in a manufacturing environment and good knowledge from production engineering with process flow planning, manufacturing economics.
  • Develop, improve logistical flows within operation (material, personal and products)
  • Design and improve production processes
