Description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Design, implement, and maintain software tools for the SPT program.

  • Make data-driven recommendations in response to out-of-control conditions.

  • Prepare and manage supporting documentation.

  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to establish SPC.

  • Review/Change existing and/or create new tools and processes to improve functionality and efficiency.

  • Engage in data analysis in support of other functional groups.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education or Experience (in years):



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.

  • Minimum 7 years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.


Knowledge and skills:



  • Background in software/macro development and data analytics.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical. Comfortable working with data and computer systems.

  • Driven by the desire to solve problems.

  • Desire to learn and apply new skills.

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional colleagues.

  • Confidence working independently with minimal supervision.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:



  • Experience working in a GMP and FDA-/ISO-regulated environment.

  • Familiarity with Operations and Quality.

  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel.

  • Working knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab and JMP).

  • Proficiency in SPC.
