Description

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to support our growing Fluid Technologies and Asset Protection business. This position is based out of our Deland - Florida  – USA facility.


Position Summary:
Pall Corporation (“Pall”) has a growing >$500M fluid technology and asset protection (“FTAP”) filtration business that sells into industrial applications. This role is responsible for developing and driving marketing action plans in direct support for Policy Deployment Targets to Improve (TTI).    Responsibilities include achieving the strategic goals for products via Product Life Cycle Management by driving new product launches; implementing impactful sales and application tools and strategies; and partnering with the sales team to win.

Responsibilities:
Develops & drives action plans to support Product Life Cycle Management process
  • Targeted Market growth results tracking, goals and countermeasures
  • Competitive product and company tracking and analysis
  • VOC to support Strategic Plan, Goal Deployment and New Product Development
  • Product development through all Stage Gates with robust commercial deliverables
Develops, communicates, and owns the Technical Marketing Plans and Value Proposition for products
  • Develops new product and application launch programs
  • Develops, tests and promotes sales tools for Pall Sales Personnel, Distributor Sales Personnel and End User with targeted materials / applications

Ensures Sales Force has full understanding of marketing plans and messages
  • Develops & implements product related training programs and seminars for Sales Force
  • Develops materials and information to support key and strategic accounts
  • Tracks Sales force understanding / product knowledge / value proposition via sales calls, surveys and other periodic follow ups

Additional Skills Needed: Dealing with ambiguity, acting with a sense of urgency; Taking ownership and accountability; and developing strong working relationships.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related studies
  • 5+ years of industrial product marketing experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with Stage Gated New Product development process
  • At least 5 years of marketing expertise including VOC

Preferred Requirements:
  • MBA preferred
  • 7 years of industrial product marketing experience
  • 7+ years of experience developing a strategic plan globally
  • 7+ years of experience with P&L and can extrapolate for P&L
  • 7+ years of marketing expertise including VOC, trend analysis, subject matter expert by application and process knowledge
  • Talent, commitment, and ambition to assume increasing levels of responsibility in the organization.
  • Cross-functional team leadership experience strongly preferred.
