Description

Your responsibilties:



  • Innovation of products and product systems

  • Identification and evaluation of trends in the life science research, pharma, and biotech markets

  • Workflow-oriented marketing of products and product systems

  • Determination of features sets and pricing

  • Planning, preparation and execution of product launches

  • Life cycle management for existing products to ensure competitiveness and profitability

  • Generation of application examples, marketing material and presentations

  • Delivering presentations in various settings

  • Generation and analysis of data for budget planning and forecasting

  • Market intelligence, definition and execution of preemptive as well as reactive measures

  • Demo support, application support, generation of training material and preparation/executions of sales trainings.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Requirements:



  • Degree in the natural sciences, engineering, computer science or mathematics

  • Deep knowledge of the life science research market

  • Profound experience with modern advanced microscopy equipment and applications (camera-based and/or confocal)

  • Ideally experience in the sales and/or application support of high end imaging systems (camera-based and/or confocal)

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Programming skills are a plus

  • Data mining and data analytics skills are a plus
