Danaher's Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies and McCrometer.


Technical leader responsible for ensuring new and existing systems meet customer expectations. Actively involved is project execution activities from initial design through customer acceptance testing. Key resource for technical input and advanced troubleshooting activities. 

  • Designs, engineers and analyzes products, problems, processes and systems.

  • Researches, investigates, tests and develops products, problems, processes and system designs.

  • Collects, evaluates and analyzes results and data to find solutions relative to customer requirements, problems and opportunities.

  • Defines conditions for the integration of Pall water process systems into customer applications

  • Plans, and directs internal Pall and outsourced resources in the disciplines of Contracts Administration, Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Pilot Testing, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Fabrication, Field Service and Technical Documentation

  • Assists with commissioning and troubleshooting activities on separation systems.

  • Communicates, reports (both oral and written) results, progress, and status

  • Leads or attends Project Teams, Focus Teams and Task Forces.

  • Supports Sales/Field Service by understanding product application and resolving problems with customers.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum 10 years of related experience with water or wastewater filtration equipment systems OR
  • Master Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum 8 years of related experience with water or wastewater filtration equipment systems
  • Strong process knowledge and first-hand troubleshooting skills for the following technologies; Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, EDI, or softening.
