Main responsibilities and key activities:

• Cross functionally work with Marketing, Direct & Indirect Sales, Inside Sales, ASM, R&D, Sales Ops, Solution Services teams, to put together targeted campaigns and solutions that meet customer needs and shorten sales cycles.

• Create and roll-out campaigns/solutions that position Esko as the innovation, productivity and ROI leader vs its competitors.

• Help manage the NA price book software offerings both perpetual, subscription, software services and training to keep current and viable for our prospective customers.

• Partner with Account Managers, Inside Sales and and Channel Partners to present Esko software solutions to targeted customers & prospective customers.
• Work with the ASM DF Team Lead
• Provide in-depth on-site and remote demonstrations of defined Esko solutions to potential & existing customers assuring the ASM teams (PrePress & DF) are equipped with the tools to present a compelling argument.
• Lead and manage the Prepress ASM team executing personnel reviews, as well as approvals of travel, expenses, and time-off.
• Perform benchmark demonstrations and analysis to prospects & customers using customer provided files.
• Provide pre-sales level configuration diagrams to Account Managers and/or Sales Management, as well as relevant Project Managers.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


Qualifications and professional knowledge:

• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Graphics Arts, Structural Design or Printing plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry or the equivalent in knowledge and experience
• Technical experience and familiarity with Prepress workflow; flexo; packaging, Sign and Display, folding carton and commercial offset
• Strong knowledge of business, processes, & ROI based decision making model.
• Excellent demonstration and presentation skills.
• Extensive & in-depth knowledge of Esko’s software solutions preferred.
• Use and understand computers with Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
