We are currently hiring for Pharma Technical Manager – All India for Mumbai Location.


Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to the Pharma Sales Manager for Videojet Technologies, the Tech Manager for Pharma will be responsible for driving the growth of Videojet’s Pharma business and to coordinate the pharma activities in the key market, guiding on technical aspects. 

The Tech. Manager for Pharma will work closely with the Pharma Sales Manager and the Global Pharma Team in making Videojet a strong and recognized player in the Pharmaceutical Markets.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive globally VJ product integration with Pharma OEM’s, Integrators & direct sales team. 
– Develop and maintain detailed action plan on VJ product line integration capabilities.
– Build strong relationships with Key stakeholders and Decision makers 
– Identify value adding marketing activities through product integration & turn-key solutions
– Maintain and drive sales pipeline in close cooperation with OEM team and sales teams
– Coordinate and close large deals at selected pharma accounts for turn-key projects

• Coordinate the Technical Pharma Activities
– Conduct periodical skill level mapping of all Pharma associates.
– Ensure that pharma sales team has clear understanding on VJ –product capabilities related to integration with Pharma OEM equipment & integrators
– Support sales efforts regionally for global and regional accounts own by other team member, e.g. US, EMEA and Asia.

• Strengthen the Brand of Videojet in India and in key Pharma markets.
– Work closely with Marketing teams to conduct carefully selected and value adding marketing activities, in alignment with the Global Pharma Marketing Strategy.

• Develop Strategic Partnerships with key players in the pharma market, to grow sales and brand recognition of Videojet

• Give input to Product Development teams with regards to new product development, based on input from clients and partners

• Be an active and constructive member of the Global Pharma Management team.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Qualifications/experience:
• 8-10 years of Sales experience, preferably in software development in Pharma
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the marking and coding industry is a must
• Knowledge of OEM sales channels
• 5+ years of Management experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English required
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Relationship Builder
• Result Driven Team Player
