Description

Position Description/Key Responsibilities
 Provide technical support and give training to customers
 Configure, assemble, integrate, test and maintain basic and complex pharma systems and solutions at customer sites
 Identify and meet the needs of prospective customers, conduct pre-installation surveys and analyse the requirements
 Join the pharma sales engineers‘ team during customers or prospect meetings to provide technical support
 Support and perform validation services like IQ/OQ according to GAMP
 Proofread and comment on User Requirement Specifications
 Provide information for the development, design and systems integration for pharma solutions from design phase through implementation
 Support the pharma product development team with ideas, trends & feedback
 Work with the pharma development team, R&D and third party suppliers to improve our products or develop new solutions
 Provide first level pharma support in areas such as SAR’s, Brackets and -Software.
 Hold regular status meetings with R&D, SAR and tech support team.
 Analyze and diagnose the most commonly found problems
 Conduct systems analysis, software and/or hardware system configuration, assist in planning and training
 Follow technical trainings to stay up-to-date

Job Requirements



Qualifications

• Understand complex technical processes and concepts
• Possess demonstrated work experience with pharma customers and or OEMs
• Able to install and test technical solutions, even under harsh conditions 
• Possess significant knowledge in technical documentation, validation, database tools and drawings
• Knowledge of printing technologies like laser, Thermal Inkjet, Thermal Transfer, Labeller, Continuous Inkjet is an advantage
• Capable of delivering engaging, informative, well-organized communications or presentations to managers, customers, colleagues
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Understand how to communicate difficult, sensitive information tactfully
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease problems at installation, streamline work processes in tech support and work cooperatively and jointly to provide high-quality customer service 
• Willing to travel throughout France and on occasion internationally
• Education: technical engineering degree,
• Experience: min. 5 years of experience in similar industry, preferably in pharma or OEM environment.
• Language Skills: French & English
• Computer Skills: Database software (MS-SQL); Internet software, Microsoft Package, like Word, Excel and solid experience in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD).
